The Pflex trainer is based on the principle of resistance to intake of air into the lungs which makes respiratory muscles work harder. Resistance is controlled by six fixed orifice settings. Designed to increase respiratory muscle strength based on the principle of resistance to intake of air into the lungs (inspiration). Provides an easy, convenient, and practical way to train respiratory muscles at home. Resistance is controlled by a dial selector for six resistance levels. Setting 1 provides the least resistance, while setting 6 provides the most resistance. Each unit is packaged with a separate mouthpiece, nose clip, and monitoring/oxygen adapter.
