| Each case contains 400 units. These extra thin and transparent hydrocolloids are designed to facilitate wound inspection. They mix with wound exudate to form a soft mass that allows for easy removal while protecting the wound from outside contamination from bacteria, fecal matter or urine. A moist wound environment is created, conducive to wound healing. Our version of this popular dressing is thinner than competitors', designed to minimize bunching and rolling up, leading to improved wear times and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, ours has exceptional stretch, allowing for them to be removed with minimal trauma to the wound bed and patient. Use for the management of lightly exuding Pressure Ulcers (Stage I), post-operative wounds, other partial thickness wounds, and for protection of at risk skin sites (such as over the boney prominences).
