| The Midmark 405 Power Examination Table is packed with special features for general practitioners, obstetricians, gynecologists, dermatologists and plastic surgeons. It features a tapered, powered back section for improved access to the head and neck area of patients. And it comes standard with an ergonomic hand control which effortlessly raises the back section from flat to a 75° chair position. An ‘Auto Return’ feature brings the table to its lowest position to save valuable time; a ‘Stop’ button overrides the ‘Auto Return’. For added convenience, a foot control accessory, which can be plugged in at either the head or foot end of the table, can also be added.
With a low height of 25", the 405 is more accessible to infirm, elderly and pregnant patients, as well as to those patients in wheelchairs. And once patients are on the table, it powers up to 37", which means no more stooping or bending to lift and examine patients.
For the physician’s convenience, the 405 comes standard with a pull out drain pan, hidden stirrups and a concealed paper roll holder behind the backrest. To help maintain infection control, the table comes with seamless, velcro-attached upholstery that’s easy to remove and clean. And it comes with front and side drawers for physicians’ storage needs.
