Description

Each case contains 72 units. Petrolatum impregnated dressings are designed to provide non-adherent packing for full-thickness wounds, providing a moist environment, conducive to wound healing. They are made of fine, soft, conformable gauze impregnated with white petrolatum. Being nonadherent, removal of these dressings causes minimal trauma to the wound bed and patient. Used for management of full-thickness chronic wounds such as pressure ulcers (stages II-IV), tunneling wounds and non-infected wounds. The "overwrap" version of these dressings provides an additional layer of sterility for use in environments such as operating rooms. Latex Free. These units are past their expiration date.
