The MiniOX V Pulse Oximeter is a portable medical instrument used to measure and display the oxygen content (functional oxygen saturation) of a patient's blood. The instrument operates by shining two light beams through a thin portion of the patient's tissue. The light emitters and director are contained in probe that attaches to the patient. The Pulse rate is also measured and displayed. The MiniOX V pulse Oximeter is lightweight and battery powered.
