Rough in box assembly is 14 Ga. Steel construction. Box is supplied with a plaster flange for easy mounting. Two nominal 38 OD Type K copper stubs are supplied to facilitate piping to the box and to any optional remote outlets. Box assembly is factory piped to allow for pipeline testing before nitrogen panel is installed. The nitrogen panel includes a high flow selfrelieving pressure regulator capable of providing pressures up to 250 psi. A quarter turn brass ball type valve shall be used to supply pressure to the regulator. Two 0-300 psi 2 diameter pressure gauges are provided to monitor both supply and outlet pressure. Panel also includes a front loaded CGA DISS 1120 nitrogen outlet. The nitrogen panel is factory piped and 100 tested. All components are panel mounted on a type 304 stainless steel silkscreened front panel. NFPA National Fire Protection Association Pamphlet 99 Health Care Facilities compliant.
