All Aluminum Construction Kneal is built to last. With a frame comprised of powder coated aluminum, its rigid, strong and lightweight.
Dual Front Disc Brakes The Kneal Orthopaedic Cruiser improves patient confidence with dual front mechanical disc brakes. Operate both brakes with just one lever. A push button parking brake resides atop each brake lever.
Self Skinning Foam Knee Rest No vinyl to tear, staples to rust or traditional foam to break down. The Kneal Orthopaedic Cruiser’s knee rest is molded from self-skinning polyurethane. A thick skin creates a tough outer shell that is easy to clean and super tough. Inside is a bed of open cell foam. The result is a firm secure perch of an ailing limb.
Positive Front Wheel Steering Operated with bicycle-like handlebar input, the steering system is comprised of a series of maintenance-free connecting points and weatherproof bearings. It is designed to provide the patient with precise, sharp and competent steering at both low and moderate speeds.
360 Degree Rear Wheel Rotation Tight spaces, hallways and bathrooms beware! The Kneal is armed with a feature like no other. It is operated by an unassuming lever located next to the right handgrip. Give it a push and the Kneal is able to rotate on its own axis. That’s right! The thumb activated rear wheel release allows the patient to move the Kneal laterally left or right by pushing or pulling with their “good foot”.
Foldable Telescoping Handlepost An easily foldable handlepost makes the Kneal just that much smaller for easy transport. By releasing the lever at the base of the handlepost, one can make Kneal compact enough to place into a back seat or trunk.
Invigorating Design The first thing one notices about Kneal is the paint. We’ve selected four nostalgic colors that are sure to complement the organically shaped frame. |
