Adults and children over 12 years: tear open pouch when ready to use do not peel away soft fabric from back of pad - this is a permanent component insert one pad into the pocket in the Knee Wrap. Position the pad so that the foam is face-down through the web compartment and place over knee (pad should be face down touching the skin). Extend and wrap both straps around the knee and secure snugly but not tightly onto itself using the tabs provided. the pad is not reusable. Discard after use. reuse the Knee Wrap for the remainder of the refills then discard. the pad can be worn up to 8 hours. Repeat as necessary, but not more than 4 times in a 24-hour period.
