Versatile - The Smart-Rail™ for Invacare® Hospital Bed is more versatile than traditional fixed bed rails which only provide support to the side of the bed. The support provided by the Smart-Rail™ for Invacare® Hospital Bed is close at hand, directly in front of the user and moves to provide on-going support throughout a complete transfer. Note: VERTICAL LOAD BEARING ONLY - Product intended for moderate VERTICAL weight bearing on unlocked rail only. - DO NOT use if sideward (lateral ) support is needed. AVOID RAIL LATCH UNLOCKING - Ensure that rail is at least 1"25mm off floor when bed is in lowest position (the face plate moves down with the bed, and rail could become unlatched). Maximum user weight 250lbs113kg. Do not use on wet or slippery floors. Product intended for moderate assist with sitting up and standing only.
