| The Gaymar Auto SureFloat mattress combines alternating pressure with Active Sensor Technology for continuous, effective pressure relief. Unlike other alternating pressure mattresses that rely on patient weight or other predetermined settings to maintain optimal pressure levels, this mattress actively makes adjustments based on a patient's unique anatomical make-up and position in the bed.
With continuous inflation monitoring and regulation, the need for hand checks and manual adjustments is eliminated while proper support is assured.
Mattress is available in varying widths, including bariatric sizes. The therapeutic support surface is lightweight and made of high quality materials.
