The inner unit spins, giving the user access to twice the files in half the space! And if security is your main concern, when closed, the Ez2® Rotary Action File locks with all the files safely enclosed inside. 1. When open, the Ez2® provides easy and quick access to files. 2. The Ez2® provides access to another complete set of files, with just an easy rotation. 3. When closed, the Ez2® locks for total security and privacy, meeting HIPAA regulations. The adjustable file dividers ensure files remain upright for neat and organized shelves. Two dividers for each shelf are provided. The Ez2® features adjustable shelves (see left) that can be used to store letter and legal sized media, as well as binders. The Ez2® provides security for stored files. Two keys per unit are included. The plastic safety strips on the edge of the cabinet prevent fingers from being pinched.
