Description

|
The Marquette Apex S is a telemetry transmitter that is capable of transmitting both ECG and SpO2 waveforms. The APEX S transmitter is Marquette’s newest lightweight transmitter compatible with the Multi-Link™ patient cable system. The transmitter compliments modular multi-parameter telemetry by interfacing to secondary pulse oximetry* and non-invasive blood pressure* devices. It is equipped with a remote graph start button that signals the central station recorder to begin a timed graph run. To assist the user in patient hook-up and continuing care, the transmitter is also equipped with indicators for battery status, electrode failure information and alarm pause status. Multi-lead configuration (5 leadwire set) provides simultaneous multi-lead ECG transmission and display of any of 7 standard leads (I, II, III, V aVR, aVL, aVF). Marquette’s “Smart Lead” feature automatically switches from a failed lead to an intact lead providing continuous arrhythmia monitoring without requiring a relearn of the patient’s waveform.
