I. Advertising Content

1. MEDmarketplace.com has sole discretion to determine the types of advertising that will be accepted and displayed on MEDmarketplace.com. Under no circumstance will MEDmarketplace.com agree to endorse or guarantee the products or services of our advertisers.
2. MEDmarketplace.com will not accept advertising that is in our opinion false or in poor taste. MEDmarketplace.com will not permit any advertising for illegal or objectionable products. Advertisements must not contain fraudulent, deceptive, or offensive material, including material that misrepresents, ridicules, or attacks an individual or group on the basis of age, color, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or handicap. MEDmarketplace.com will not permit any advertising which may harm the reputation of MEDmarketplace.com.
3. Advertising must not be related to any of the following: alcohol, firearms, ammunition, fireworks, gambling, pornography, tobacco, or the simulation of news or an emergency.
4. MEDmarketplace.com reserves the right to reject or cancel an advertisement at any time and for any reason. MEDmarketplace.com will at that time provide notice to the advertiser and an explanation for the rejection or cancellation.
5. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to comply with all applicable domestic and foreign laws, including applicable regulations of regulatory bodies.
6. Site design and advertising placement are subject to change at any time.

1. Home Page Large and Button Banner Boxes, Run of Site Button Boxes, Category and Content 480 X 60 banners: Sponsorships and Static Advertisements: The total amount is due upon placing the order.
2. Remnant Space 480 X 60 banners CPM Advertisements: The total amount is due upon placing the order.

1. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to submit graphic advertising materials electronically in accordance with MEDmarketplace.com's specifications at least 5 business days prior to the agreed campaign start date.

1. MEDmarketplace.com will provide CPM advertisers with an end-of-month report on delivered page view impressions.
2. In the event of under-delivery of page view impressions for CPM campaigns fixed to a specific time period, MEDmarketplace.com will continue the campaign until the specified number of impressions has been delivered.

1. All advertising sales are final for the length of the agreement. In the event an advertiser asks to be removed from the site prior to the end of the agreement, the advertiser must provide MEDmarketplace.com two business day's written notice and will not receive any refund for the remainder of the agreement.
2. Advertising agreements for any monthly campaign will automatically renew at the conclusion of each month unless the advertiser notifies MEDmarketplace.com at least 10 days prior to the end of the period.
